Return & Exchange Policy

At Skinfinity by Sam, we strive to provide you with high-quality skincare products. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.

1. Exchange Policy

  • We only offer exchanges if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at info@skinfinitybysam.com or via WhatsApp.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Products that have been opened or the seal has been broken.

  • Products that have been used.

  • Sale or promotional items.

3. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • In case of a valid return (damaged/incorrect product), we will provide you with a store credit or a replacement of the same item.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), Skinfinity by Sam will bear the shipping costs for the replacement.

  • In any other case, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
